It read like one of their emails sent late at night from the pub, which progressively drowns in excessive consonants, special characters and space bars that not even Alan Turing could decode. Their messages look like the products of an epileptic parrot chasing a mouse on a keyboard.

The partial shutdown of the American government affected many things, including funding for highly silly things. With its reopening, our meme supplier the Royal Society of Duffers hopes to apply for a U.S. grant to subsidize their things, such as investigating the claim that ebriation is not as healthy as inebriation. It’s quite scientific and rigorous and doomed to failure. But if they get paid for it, we may file an application as well.
